Currently ESC is monitoring two storms. Storm WYMAR continues to exist off the W coast of the British Isles, while a new storm has appeared just off the coast of Canada, visible in the GFS peak gust analysis map. Below are the current GFS peak gust analysis, and the satellite image by the DWD.
